During the recent 24hrs, as preventive measures, minimization of other emergency consequences, fire-fighting and cleaning areas from the old munitions, 1017 interventions have been made by the emergency response units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
As the result of the undertaken measures there were 5 persons rescued, 109 buildings saved, and 9 vehicles saved.

291060 persons were discharged after treatment (Lviv oblast – 26874, Kharkiv oblast – 22532, Kyiv city – 20744, Rivne oblast – 20572, Ternopil oblast – 19946, Zhytomyr oblast – 14890, Khmelnytskyi oblast – 14590, Volyn oblast – 14188 Chernivtsi oblast – 13743, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast – 12809, Zakarpattia oblast – 11863, Dnipropetrovsk oblast – 11798, Kyiv oblast – 11218, Donetsk oblast – 9211, Poltava oblast – 9145, Vinnytsia oblast – 8763, Odesa oblast – 8729 , Sumy oblast – 8485, Cherkasy oblast – 8093, Chernihiv oblast – 5315, Mykolaiv oblast – 4871, Zaporizhia oblast – 3745, Kherson oblast – 3714, Luhansk oblast – 3152, and Kirovohrad oblast – 2070).
As of 07.00hrs, November 23, there were no emergencies, fires or dangerous incidents at the facilities, involved in the elections.
At 18.35hrs on November 22 two polling stations (№ 461967 and №462159) on 6 Sukhomlinskoho Street (secondary school №29) in Vinnyky city of Lviv oblast were de-energized. The SES unit (4 personnel and a vehicle) installed a lighting tower and with the help of two power plants promptly provided power supply. The election process was not suspended. The power supply was restored by emergency crew of Oblenergo at 19.10hrs. 8167 personnel and 2187 vehicles, including 10 aircrafts, were engaged to ensure fire safety at the facilities involved in the elections.
In connection with the counting of votes, 32 personnel of the SES continues to be on duty (Dnipropetrovsk ‑ 9, Mykolaiv ‑ 4, Odesa ‑ 4, Cherkasy ‑ 4, Ivano-Frankivsk ‑ 3, Zakarpattia ‑ 2, Kirovohrad ‑ 2, Poltava ‑ 2, Zaporizhzhya ‑ 1 and Rivne ‑ 1).
