In Transcarpathia, with a four-day working visit, there is a delegation of the fire and rescue service of the Czech Republic, headed by the Director General of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic Dragoslav Riba. Also among the members of the delegation are: Jan Slamechka - Head of the National Association of Voluntary Fire Fighters Kraiy Vysochyna, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Voluntary Firefighters of the Czech Republic, Moravia and Shelzia, Jirzha Nemets - Head of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Krai Vysochyna; Robert Valal - director of the company "Fire Safety"; Katerina Svoboda is the coordinator of cooperation in the Kraiy Vysochyna and Zakarpattia Oblast.
Business partnership and friendly relations between Transcarpathian rescuers and Czech colleagues have been going on for several years now. This visit of venerable guests to Ukraine is the next logical stage of development of cross-border cooperation. Such meetings are effective for further international cooperation and exchange of experience in the part of organization of rescue service and fire protection of settlements.
On July 12, the Czech delegation visited separate fire and rescue units of Uzhhorod, Irshava, Khust and Tyachiv districts.
So, for fire fighters of the 16th state fire and rescue part of the town of Serednie, SFRU-5, the city of Irshava and the state fire and rescue post of the village Vyshkovo, foreign colleagues presented floating fire moto pumps. And for the rescuers of the Tyachiv garrison of the SES, Czech colleagues presented 15 modern fire-fighting helmets.
Roman Hudak thanked the foreign colleagues for receiving the present from their Czech counterparts, the head of the SES of Ukraine in Zakarpattia Oblast, and emphasized that Zakarpattia has repeatedly suffered from floods, and the donated modern units will significantly increase the efficiency of providing assistance to the population during the pumping of water from flooded dairies.
The guests also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the equipment, equipment and equipment used by Ukrainian rescuers to eliminate all kinds of emergency events and situations. The Zakarpattia Oblast SES fighters freely told the Czechs about their week-long working lives.
During July 13, the Czech delegation will also visit the fire and rescue units of the Rakhiv district, where they will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the fire and civil protection of the population in the mountainous districts of the Zakarpattia Oblast.
